To ensure the best experience for both our clients and our team, please review our service policies below:

 

Booking Policy:

  • Minimum booking notice: Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.
  • Need something last minute? Reach out! We may be able to accomodate.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Methods:

  • We currently accept: Cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
  • Card payments coming soon!

Add-on Services:

  • All add-ons must be requested in advance to allow proper scheduling and time management.

Health & Safety:

  • Please disclose any potential health hazards or unsanitary conditions ahead of time.
  • Clients must notify us of pets on the premises, especially if any are aggressive.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if we arrive and find hazardous, extreme, or unsafe conditions not previously disclosed. A fee may still apply.

Liability: 

  • Twin Touch Cleaning is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or broken during service.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll return to fix the issue free of charge.

Home Access:

  • If our team cannot access the home upon arrival, a no-entry fee will apply.

Before & After Photos:

  • We request permission to take before and after photos of cleaned areas for quality assurance and promotional purpose.

Break Policy:

  • For cleanings lasting:
  • 4+ hours: Our team will take a 15-minute break.
  • 6+ hours: We will take a 30-minute break.

Supplies & Equipment:

  • We provide all standard cleaning supplies and tools unless otherwise specified. If you prefer we use specific products please let us know in advance. 

Late Arrival Window:

  • We allow a 15 minute arrival window to accommodate traffic and scheduling. You'll be notified in the event of any significant delay.

Client Presence:

  • You are welcome to be home during the cleaning, but it's not required. If no one will be present, please ensure we have secure access to enter and lock up.
